Cotton Balls

These cloud-like Cottons Balls are sold by the stem and have 5 to 6 cotton balls per stem. These fragile cotton balls require extra care due to the nature of a dried floral. However, the cotton balls stems are adjustable as they have an artificial metal stem to make them even sturdier.
