Returns & Exchange Policy

Since each order is made to order, we do not process exchanges or returns. However, if an item arrives defective or there is an error on our part, please email us at info@prairiepressed.ca with a photo and your order number in the subject line as soon as you can (no later than 5 business days after receiving your order) and we will work quickly to resolve the error and replace the item.   

Custom Orders

For custom orders please allow 3-7 business days for your order to ship. Some orders could take longer depending on the creative time needed to complete the design and product. We do our best to get every order out as quickly as possible but quality is very important for us, and we want to take the time to do an excellent job to ensure you receive a product you are 100% happy with. You will receive an email with tracking info once it has shipped.

Wholesale/Bulk Orders

Please contact us for special pricing on any orders of 10 or more.

We would love to talk with you about you stocking our items in your shop/boutique. Please email us for more information and pricing.

Payment is due upon placement of order. Production cannot begin until payment is received. You order will ship within 5-10 business days depending on the size of the order.

All sales are final, but if you receive a flawed/broken item for any reason we will happily ship you a new one.

Do you do custom orders?

Absolutely! We love custom orders and working with your own creations, colors, logo or personalized ideas. Just send us a message!

Item arrives damaged. Now what do I do?

You will need to contact our shop within 72 hours of delivery date if any issues should arise with your order. We require photos of damage, as well as box and shipping label. Please send these to us right away.

No coverage for normal wear and tear on any items

Care instructions

All Water Bottles, Tumblers and Enamel mugs - Hand wash only and dry thoroughly. Stainless Steel products cannot go in microwaves

All Shirts and clothing - Wash inside out in cold water - Air dry or tumble dry on low heat

Bags - Wash inside out in cold water - Lay Flat to dry

I think my package is lost. What do I do?

If your order shows delivered and it's not, please contact your local post office with your tracking number. They can track to see where the package/s were left and can assist in locating them.
Once you have done that then please send us a message or email to info@prairiepressed.ca

*We are NOT not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked delivered.

I entered the wrong address, now what?

If your address is incorrect and you realize this after purchase, please send a message IMMEDIATELY, and I will change the address for you. WE ARE NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. If an item is returned to us due to an insufficient address, you will need to pay the shipping fees to have it resent back to you.
PLEASE make sure your address is up to date before placing your order. In the event your item has already been sent, you can try to contact your carrier to inquire about re-routing.
In the event your order is returned to us, we will contact you and hold your parcel for 90 days. After 90 days your order will be donated. No exceptions
