SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time: All PrairiePressed items are custom made-to-order. Please allow 3-7 business days for production before your order ships. Some custom orders may take longer depending on the complexity of the design. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Coverage: We currently ship to addresses within Canada only.

Shipping Timeframes: We ship via Canada Post.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days after production
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days after production (if available)

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package's progress through Canada Post.

Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, you will need to pay additional shipping fees to have it resent. In the event your order is returned to us, we will contact you and hold your parcel for 90 days. After 90 days, your order will be donated with no exceptions.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once your package is marked as delivered by Canada Post, PrairiePressed is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please contact your local post office with your tracking number first. They can help locate your package. Once you've done that, please email us at info@prairiepressed.ca.

Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet our estimated shipping times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High order volume during peak seasons and holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • Canada Post carrier delays
  • Holiday periods (Christmas, New Year's, etc.)

We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if any significant delays occur.

Wholesale/Bulk Orders: Bulk orders of 10+ items will ship within 5-10 business days depending on order size. Payment is due upon placement of order, and production cannot begin until payment is received. Please contact us at info@prairiepressed.ca for special pricing and shipping details on large orders.
